This year I journeyed to Washington DC for the 2013 Inauguration of the Barack Obama, the 44th President of the United States.  Obama's victory was, at once, sweeping and historic. An African American man, one generation removed from the height of civil rights tensions, had ascended to the White House to repeat another term! This continues to serve as a historic presidential term and I recognize the special significance it has for African Americans, such as myself. It goes to show us anything is truly possible in the world as it makes one believe that America offers opportunities to all who have the industry and will to seize it.  Obviously the photos are not of the President as he is a hard man to get a photo of (CNN, Fox, NBC please hire me :)-) instead they are photos which captures our journey to DC and the time spent there amongst the people. Enjoy! - Brandon Haynes

Time to go home.
